Is a private counselling practice offering high-quality, mental health services to the greater Halifax area and surrounding communities. The office is located in Lower Sackville to make accessing services convenient to all communities. Our team consists of counselling therapists dedicated to providing compassionate mental health services. In collaboration with you, we will work hard to help you understand and manage challenging life experiences, and develop more adaptive ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you.
